What Does "sperm Count Of 16 Million Per Ml" Suggest?

My semen analysis is given below.

Sperm count 16 million per ml, volume of semen 2.5 ml, progressive motility after 1 hr is 30 percent, after 3 hrs is 10 percent, sluggish motility after 1 hr is 40 percent, after 3 hrs is 40 percent, non mobile sperm after 1 hr is 30 percent, after 3 hrs is 50 percent. Macrophages occasional. Can I father a child normally ?

I have gone through the given semen analysis and I can understand your concerns. The semen count and motility (proportion of actively mobile sperms capable of fertilization) is quite normal and you will not experience fertility related problems.
