1.SPERMATOZOA, NORMAL MORPHOLOGY % 19
You have sufficient % of normal morphology. Its criteria is 4% or more of the observed sperm must have normal morphology.

2.WBC count is nil.
It is normal finding.

3.Semen volume is also normal.

4.SPERM COUNT, SEMEN million/mL 86

Sperm count is also normal.Average sperm count is between 20 and 40 million per milliliter.

5.Motility of sperm is also normal. its criteria is 50% within 60 mins of collection.

So, you have normal findings
