hello doctor,
i want to become father my seman examination report is following,

Quantity : 1.5ML
Reaction : Alkaline
Time of Liquification : 45MTS
Totel Sperm Count : 12 Million
Motility after one Hours Ejaculation
Active Motile : 30%
Sluggish Motile : 20%
Dead : 50%
Abnormal Forms : 20%
Smear : Pus Cells 10-12/HPF,

Please tell me, my report is normal and i can become father.
