Question : I havee been throwing up mixed with blood not alot about 2 table spoons and a little blood with bowl movments .i woke up this morning and i have red dots all over my face & throught feels raw and pianful do i need to see doctor our is this normal???? i do not feel sick but am very tired

You need to go to hospital and do further tests including gastroscopy. But first ,red blood count must be done as soon as possible to see how serious this bleeding was. Considering your diseases,esophageal varices can be one of causes. And this may be very serious. Wish you good health. Regards
