Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome
I appreciate your concern
There are 4 issues at hand. Two of which require specific conditions to be either treated or ruled out.
The burning sensation and distention indicate GERD (Gastrosophageal Reflux disease) and possible gastritis. PPIs can be given empirically in addition to gastro kinetic agents like domepridone for 2 weeks to see for improvement.
The swollen leg can be due to a number of reasons and a Doppler ultrasound should be advised to rule out the possibility of a DVT (Deep Vein Thrombosis).
The blurred vision and back pain don't match with above conditions and can be due to a number of unrelated causes. CBC, ESR, basic metabolic profile, PT/APTT, INR should be advised. Visual field defects should be looked for and fundoscopy be done. The back should be examined and an x ray of lumbosacral spine , if required can be advised.
Wishing you best of health
Thanks

I feel like my back pain is because of my stomach issues but sure.
The blurred vision just happened today for the first time ever in my life. I am beyond dizzy and lightheaded, shaking like a leaf. I am beyond irritable. My ankle is nothing to worry about with numbness going down both my arm and leg as well as the ankle so swolle ?

Detailed Answer:
Hello again
If the back pain occurs simultaneously with the GERD symptoms then it can be related to IBS (irritable Bowel Syndrome).
As I explained in my previous answer that a vascular cause needs to be ruled out w.r.t the lower limb. If none is found then musculoskeletal pain should be treated with NSAIDs and muscle relaxants.
Thanks
