Question: I have a large bruise on my inner lower leg It now has a red spot in the middle which red and hot.

This is a pic of my leg .

I am sorry to see that you are having problems with a bruise on your leg. the picture shows the bruise and redness in its center. This is most likely the beginning of cellulitis of the leg. This is an infection and I believe you need to be seen by a medical provider today, probably an urgent care, and be started on antibiotics. Keep the leg elevated and apply ice packs.
