Provisional Impression-Penile papule on foreskin?under Investigation

Hi,Dear,Thanks for your query to my virtual clinic at HCM.
I studied the updated photograph of the affected part and reviewed it with all your query details in last 24 hours with other HCM doctors.

Please update more information to evaluate your penile bump-
Is it painful to touch?
Any other skin ridge parts are painful to touch?
Any earlier similar bumps in the past?
Does the urethra pain throughout its length or pain is only at the tip of the glans, after you urinate?
Did you have any chills, malaise, body ache?Do you get morning dew drop daily in the past?or lately in the last few days after this protected contact?

Please update the above information as soon as possible to help all your queries about this problem.

With available information from your query,Your Health Concerns in this query are explained as follows-
-You seem to have obsession of STD,as you have stingy pain after urine passing, and is causing lot of Worries and Anxiety with you lately.
-After reviewing your photograph,I would advise you to COOL DOWN and be relaxed till the STD panel test would rule out any suspicion you have about the transmission of infection after the protected sex.
-Keep faith in the advise of all the earlier doctors' expert advise, which would reduce your anxiety immediately.
-Don't worry till Urine Microscopic examination and STD panel test reports are explained from expert doctors or your family doctor.

As this penile foreskin lump is almost for couple of days duration after the protected sex, from its photographic appearance, it seems to be due to tissue edema, from the trauma / tissue injury during the protected sex act.

Treatment suggested -
for the time being-till the reports come to be taken under guidance of your family doctor-
High fluid intake-3 liters per day to reduce stingy feeling
Alkaline Citrate Syrup under advise of your family doctor for alkalinization of urine,
Tab Ofloxacin under guidance of your family doctor.
Tab Cyclopam-antispasmodic for pain killer effect
Dilute Dettol sponging of the groin and scrotal and penile are 2 times a day to reduce the fishy odour, for good hygiene of the private parts.
Tab Alprazolam - for relieving anxiety and
Tab-Zincovit-for early recovery.

I would reply on your health concerns-after getting further information as asked above.
Await your next updates on test reports, more information.

Wishing you fast recovery from this reply.

Penile bump is not at all painful to touch.
None of the parts are painful to touch. Only after taking a leak, i get that stingy sensation
I have never had sny similar bumps before.
Pain is only at the tip.

I dont have any chills, malaise or nody ache. Everything else with my body as normal as before.

Thank you for all the advice..

Brief Answer:
Painless Penile Foreskin pappule?frm Postfriction edema and Tip Urethritis

Detailed Answer:
Painless Penile Foreskin pappule?from Post-friction edema and Tip Urethritis/Under Investigation.

Hi,Dear thanks for the prompt updates and your pleasing thanks for my last reply.
I am happy with your updates and thanks,as it suggests that are satisfied with it and that it has helped you to reduce your anxiety.
-After this information,You should not worry for the Urethritis from Infection.
-The Tip Urethritis seems to be from 'Friction-causing Traumatic Inflammation of the Tip of urethra',and this inflammation is causing stingy urine feeling,ONLY during urination due to normal acidic urine.
-This can be reduced by alkalinization of Urine ONLY with 3 liters of fluids per day -and would vanish in 24-48 hours as the infection of the urethra is not there.
This is because you don't have any indications suggestive of any contact infection,as chills/painful to touch of whole of urethra.
-And hence you should remove your obsession of Getting Infection out of the recent protected sex you had, which has caused lot of stress and anxiety to you.
-Voltaren gel locally would reduce this inflammatory traumatic pappule and tip urethritis.

Hope you would cool down and have healthy living.
Keep me updated on your Urine examination report and STD panel test reports, which you get from your family doctor or nearby laboratory or hospital lab.

Welcome for any further query in this regard if need be.

If this reply has satisfied you, don't forget to write your excellent review with your comments,to help those needy visitors like you at HCM clinic.

Wishing you fast recovery.

Have a good day.
