Question : hi Doctor i have a question about my penis. On the gland itself i noticed a small bump. I just did a complete std panel. I was negative for the hsv-2. All my results were negative, now I am concerned that it may be something serious. Do have any ideas what it could be?

Thank you for posting the pictures and sorry for late reply.
I have reviewed your pictures and since you STD panel and HSV has come to be negative, I have to think of other differential diagnosis like nodular scabies.
I would like to ask you some history points:
1. Is there itching all over body and especially more at night?
2. Is there itching in other family members/ roomates?
3. Is there burning sensation over lesions?
4. Is there history of similar episode in past?
