Question : Hi.
I have noticed what seem some under the skin lumps or possible warts
on the outer skin of my penis. They are not sore or causing any pain just look strange.. they are all in one place and not wide spread. When my penis Is erect they can not be seen. I was wondering if this was just age related or genital warts ?
