Suggest Treatment For Keratosis On Naval

About 3years ago I felt a tickle in my navel, popped it out and scratched a bit to hard with a fingernail. It bled a tiny bit I patted it dry and used a swab with peroxide to clean. i used a swab time to time to clean with peroxide but eventually forgot about it. Two years ago I felt a little lump inside the navel and pointed it out to my Doc and she recommended I see a skin Doc. He proclaimed that I had a keratosis in my navel. Last April I pointed it out to my new Doc and she also thought it to be a Keratosis. It continues to grow and is a hard lump larger than a pea. I can no longer pop out my navel. What should I do next?
