Question : I have a bumpy rash on the bottom of foot, now starting on my hand.

is there an over the counter med i should be using? the antifungal Lamasil didn't do anything.

Would consider a combination topical cream such as nystatin+triamcinolone which you may be able to get from the pharmacy.

If not available would try topical hydrocortisone alternating with topical clotrimazole every 6 hours to see if this helps.
