Question : It started with burning urination (2days ago), and frequent urination. I also noticed some slight watery discharge coming from my penis. About 2 days after that, I got some wart like sores that were spread out on my penis and close to my shaft on the genitals. I went to see a DR at an urgent care facility. He wasnt exactly sure what it was, but he prescribed me erythmycin, Just curious what your thoughts are, becuase I am still kind of nervous about all this.

There was sexual contact, but it was with someone Ive been having sex with for 6 months now without any issues. The sores aren't painful at all, and it seems like pus comes out of them when they break. Since it is hot outside, it seems like they have spread a little because I am constantly sweating. I talked to a urologist on this site before you and he seemed to think it was a UTi. Just curious what your thoughts are seeing, how there are like 7 std's that fit my description. I hate reading the internet. It really can freak you out.
The burning sensation only happened when I urinated. Since I;ve been on Zithromax the burning has stopped.
The whole thing happened with burning urination, and the urge to pee like all the time. It literally felt like razors were coming out of my penis. Then 2 days after those sores appeared around the shaft and close to genitals. And like I said before I have noticed some watery white discharge from my penis.

Brief Answer:
Genital herpes and possibility of gonococcal/ chlamydial urethritis
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
I would suggest a strong possibility of genital herpes along with urethritis(pain and burning on passing urine as well as urethral discharge). Genital herpes is an STD and is usually acquired by sexual contact with an infected sexual partner. The burning sensation that you experience while passing urine could well be part of genital herpes due to presence of herpetic sores inside the urethra Or it could well be due to gonococcal/chlamydial urethritis too. I would definitely recommend screening for all STDs inclyding hiv, hsv, syphilis, gonorrhea and chlamydia.
I would recommend an oral antiviral i.e valacyclovir or acyclovir, for a week. That should heal the sores.

I'm gonna go get tested tomorrow. Is there anything else it could be? I noticed a couple bugs fly onto me last night in my bed, windows not open...and have bite marks on my leg.
Brief Answer:
Not due to bugs
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
This does nt seem to be a bug bite. This very likely to be herpes. Kindly review it with a dermatologist in your region. Let me know the test results as and when they are available.

Saw a doctor. They ran tests for everything. Urine, blood, etc. I came back negative for everything. I'm so confused as to what this may be. Any thoughts on your side?
Brief Answer:
I suggest you to repeat test for hsv fter 4weeks
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Clinically this looks very much like genital herpes. Antibodies against Hsv may take some time to appear in blood therefore a screening test performed soon after infection may be falsely negative. I suggest you to screen for Hsv by Elisa after another 3-4weeks with both IgG and IgM against Hsv type 1&2. Since clinically this looks very much like herpes hence in the mean time i would suggest an oral antiviral i.e valacyclovir and topical antibiotic cream as discussed earlier.
