On Feb 17, 2011 my throat felt scratchy for a whole week there was no pain and I felt something sticky in the back of my throat so I started hacking it to get it out and it was green phlegm I thought it was strange because I wasn t feeling sick. 1 or 2 weeks later I had a little sore throat and felt sort of sick it went out away in a few days. Another week later I remember having a runny nose and scratchy throat that went out too in a few days. Feb 24 I noticed I had green vaginal discharge when I wiped it has no odor and looks exactly like the phlegm coming out my throat. This continued happening in March with the scratchy throat and a little pain when swallowing until April 2nd. I no I never went to the doctor because I thought it was nothing but on April 20 I finally went to the doctor because I had a little blood in my phlegm and throat was irritating I was coughing and had a little fever so he gave me penicillin-antibiotics (30 tablets) My doctor told me I may have a virus since strep was negative and that my sinus are making me get green phlegm. after completing the 30 tablets I didn t get sick again until May 16. On May 16 I woke up with a runny nose (clear nasal discharge) that turned into green. The green phlegm never really left its been here since Feb 17 and is still present. My doctor prescribed me with a stronger antibiotic zithromax because I had blood in green phlegm, coughing and runny nose. I m on my 4th day of zithromax. This green phlegm is annoying it wont go away neither will my green vaginal discharge are these two connected because the same week I had reen phlegm I had green vaginal discharge (no foul odor) I got tested only for chlamydia, gonnorea and UTI which came back negative. My doctor didnt give me a full STD testing but I ve only had 3 sexual partners and had used condoms with 2 but my first bf I had unprotected sex with him last yr about 3 times but he got checked and doesn t have anything. The other two guys we did condoms. I have no idea why the green wont go away. Also my little sister, and brothers keep sneezing and getting colds, one of my brothers have nose allergies and is using nasal spray. Could it be the house?
