Question: I have a burning sensation on the outside of my penis and somewhat painful testicles. Do you have any suggestions as to what might be the cause? No lesions or discoloring or swollen testicles.

Need workup

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
If you have any associated complain regarding micturition. In frequency etc then age related prostate enlargement can cause this burning sensation and result in infection and inflammation.
Also urethritis and orchitis are genital tract inflammations and and can be result of a recent Sexual encounters.renal stones and sludge once in urethra can cause this sensation too.
Nut shell get a urologist he will run some labs like simple urine exam a prostate exam and blood count etc with some ultrasounds of testicle etc to sort out what might be the cause.
Infection and prostate are some of likely suspicions. Get evaluated and see what comes up.
I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and don't forget to close the discussion please.
May the odds be ever in your favour.
