Question: I have c-4., c-5, c-6 severe narrowing, sleep apnea moderate, headaches, carpal tunnel right hand, recently develop a nono tremor that happens about 8 times a day just a few seconds but I have no idea when it happens. Others havre to tell me. It appears especially when I am looking down on my phone. What should I be tested for?

I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
Cervical radiculopathy needs to be treated with physiotherapy, neuropathic pain medications like pregabalin or amitriptyline or gabapentin.
Management of obstructive sleep apnea helps in controlling headache also.
Carpal tunnel syndrome can be treated with physiotherapy, steroid and surgery if required.
Tremor can be related to cerebellar degeneration.
Evaluation by a neurologist and brain mri is required.
