Question: I NEED an ONCOLOGIST with Chemo Brain experience:my wife of 41 years, has been living with my daughter and son. She chose this because my son was violent, been in prison, and I wanted to somehow him be prosecuted for elder abuse or leave the house. . I am 70 years old. We have been separated for one year. She has access to all the assets etc. Now she wants a divorce. That option is not good., She also has Chemo Brain and thus the decision to divorce is to me illogical. We are in California.
I need to know if she is looking at divorce with a chemo brain and the support of our two children. She lives with my daughter.

Brief Answer:
MRI brain

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I have gone through the reports

As she has recovered from breast cancer i would advise you to do an an MRI of her brain

Sometimes breast cancer can spread to brain which may cause illogical decisions such as divorce

You also need to take psychiatric opinion for her

If everything is normal then may be she is being influenced by her chidren

I would advise you to consult a lawyer in that case
