Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Ms XXXXXXX

Being a parent myself Iunderstand your concern and apprehensions.
Children of age group of 3 years usually have repeated upper respiratory infection, it is usually due to dust and allergens.

I would suggest you the following

1. Steam inhalation: Preferably using electronic steamer. 10 minutes each session twice a day will be helpful.
2. Nasivion Pediatric Nasal drops: 2 drops in each nostril twice a day for 2 days only. It will provide the much needed symptomatic relief.
3. Warm saline gargling: To a glass of lukewarm water add 2 spoons of salt. Make you XXXXXXX gargle the throat thrice a day.
4. Syrup Ascoril D 2.5 ml thrice a day
5. Decoction: 1 cup of milk + 20 Tulsi leaves+ 2 black pepper+ 1 spoon turmeric + 2 gm fresh ginger + 2 spoons sugar. Bring it to boil. Filter it and make her drink warm . It will be very soothing.
6. Wash the bed sheets and pillow covers thoroughly in hot water to remove all traces of dust.
7. Vicks vaporub for application over chest
8. Chyawanprash will be helpful to boost immunity and prevent recurrent upper respiratory infection.

Wishing your XXXXXXX speedy recovery.
