Hello,

If you use saline nasal drop or a buffered saline nasal spray, then it is SAFE during pregnancy. It will give temporary relief.

Steam can temporarily relieve congestion and it's often very soothing. Take a warm shower and hang out for a while afterward in the steamy bathroom.

Use extra pillows to elevate your head when lying down to rest or sleep.

Avoid potential irritants, such as cigarette smoke, alcohol, paint and chemical fumes which can trigger nasal congestion.

Do period check up to your doctor. Good luck.
