Question : ihave this quavling felling in my chest that dont seem to go away and get worse when i am up set what cold be cousing this it gets worst when my childrens is yelling and cursing at me can you help me

Do you check your blood pressure regularly?

What you are experiencing is physical pain with emotional pain and anxiety.
Since you have history of hypertension there could be an element of angina, you must consult a cardiologist to rule it out.
You need to be subjected to ECG and TMT to get the true picture.
