Brief Answer:
Botox injections would help.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your wife's symptoms and agree that she is suffering from chronic migraine with daily headaches.

Topamax (topiramate) 50 mg twice daily is fine, however, Rizora tablets should not be taken more than four times per week.

Other medications such as beta blockers, flunarizine or divalproex tablets may also help her with migraine.

If the above medicines are not working, then, she can be treated with botox injections.

I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.

Wishing you good health,
