Question : since last two weeks I am suffering from cold issue, please advice how I can recover from this.

Thanks for the query
According the history given, are suffering from Viral flu/common clod
So don't worry.Usually viral flue is self limiting.It reduces on its own,as our body requires some time to produce immunity against it.
It will get resolved within 1 week sometimes 2 weeks.
Let her start with the Tab Sinarest twice daily , morning and night after food for 3 days, which reduced both cold& fever.
Do steam inhalation
For soar throat she should do, salt water gargling or gargling with any mouth Lozenges.She can use strepsils too for the relief.
Drink plenty of water preferably filter/boiled.
Avoid oily/ outside food
Take proper rest.
