Brief Answer:
Nasoclear should be given

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Can understand your concerns.

In most babies, nasal block can occur due to cold. For this you should give nasoclear nose drops.

If there is fever, decreased feeding, respiratory distress then child should be examined by a doctor.

I suggest you to continue nasal drops and if there is no improvement in 24 hours then get child examined by a doctor.

Other medicines like antibiotic and cough drops needs to be given if there is no improvement or child develops above symptoms.

I hope this will help you.
Wishing your child good health.
Take care.
