Question : My cold feet have turned into cold ankles .. and my feet are no longer cold. Is it poor circulation? menopause?
Brief Answer:

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome and thanks for your query.
Any decrease in the blood flow to the legs would be worse in the feet than the ankles. So it is unlikely to be due to decreased blood flow. Menopause produces varying symptoms like chills , flushes and sweating.
If the symptoms are very disturbing, it would be good to consult a doctor and have yourself examined and investigated.
