Brief Answer:
It requires treatment by antibiotic eye drops.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to health care magic.

I am Dr. Dadapeer K, an ophthalmologist and I answer health problems related to eye.

I reviewed your history. It seems from the history that your 24 days old son is probably having conjunctivitis acquired from yourself.
This requires examination by ophthalmologist for confirmation of diagnosis and treatment by antibiotic eye drops.
I usually treat conjunctivitis in children and neonates by use of broad spectrum antibiotic eye drops like Moxifloxacin.
Application of breast milk is not followed now.
Conjunctivitis usually resolves by 5-7 days.
Hence I advice you to cconsult your ophthalmologist for examination for confirmation of diagnosis and prescription of eye drops.

Hope the information is helpful to you.

Do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you
With regards
