Brief Answer:
Chronic malabsorption ?

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXX

I understand your query and concern.

In view of long lasting symptoms of diarrhoea and loss of appetite, its extremely important that a mucosal malabsorption is ruled out.

For this I advise you to have a fecal fat analysis along with an ultrasound abdomen as the initial study to document your pathology. If you already done ultrasound scan then please upload.

Thank you.
