Question : I have extreme pain in lower right back. Had CAT scan and said my bowels are packed. Told to do an enema but that didn't work. What now?

Saline + soap enema in conventional way works the best, please request for this.
Continue on Laxatives.
It is very important to know the cause of back pain as severe back pain itself can be cause of constipation and constipation can cause backache but not severe.
