He doesn't have fever, had vomited couple of times. He is completely in normal senses. Only has pain sometimes in the day.

As he had only two episode of vomiting, and there is no other red flag sign-this does not appear to be anything serious.
This may be part of some viral infection. Though,I'm convinced that this is not a major issue,you may get him physically examined by a pediatrician,if it still persist for a day or two more.
