Question: Hi I have been sick and now it feels like it went down my windpipe, I have been coughing and wheezing, is there anything to be worried about

YOu have been having an upper respiratory infection and now you are having wheezing and coughing. This could be a sign of bronchitis or even pneumonia. This are serious enough infections that I recommend you see your medical provider. You may need an antibiotic and bronchodilators to help fight this infection. I wasn't ill before I was sick ( vomiting ) can it get serious that quickly?

Pneumonia can happen very quickly. Sometimes it can happen within hours of contracting the infection. I would feel better if you would be seen and be absolutely sure you don't have anything else happening.
