Nothing to worry and will resolve by itself
Detailed Answer:
Hello madam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
There is nothing to worry as 2.5 cm cyst is usually a follicular cyst which is very common and is an incidental finding in your CT scan and will resolve soon by itself.
It usually occurs due to some mild hormonal imbalance which occurs transiently in certain cycles in almost 5-10% of females and gets resolved by itself in 90-95% of cases.
Only in certain patients it can increase in size and if at all it does can be easily managed.
So just get an ultrasound after 3 months to see the size of the cyst and then we will do the needful.
No need to take apple cider vinegar and just leave the very thought of it for the time being.
Regards
Dr Manisha
