Question : I get debilitating cluster headaches and have no primary care physician...what can you do to help me?

What you can try over-the-counter ibuprofen.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to HCM. Sorry about the debilitating headaches. Please note that you can try ibuprofen over-the-counter. He should be able to use at least higher doses to abort the headaches. At the very first instant when you feel the headache coming on please take the ibuprofen. Please note that ibuprofen taken at large doses within a day could cause stomach ulcers. Therefore it is advised not to go over 3 g a day. Good luck
