Brief Answer: Considerations Detailed Answer: hello and thank you for sending the question. I am sorry to hear you're not feeling well. I will do my best to provide you with some information and recommendations. first of all these types of symptoms are relatively common. What we should try to do is understand why you feel somewhat emotional at this time. You might reflect and try to think if there are certain things in your life that are providing you with significant amount of emotional stress. These types of things tend to cause people to cry uncontrollably sometimes. At the same time it is very important for you to try to sit down and think about ways you can control and move forward with your emotions. this is very difficult at times but I am confident that over the next few days and weeks you will gain more control and power over the things in life which provide you with anxiety and sadness. I am sorry that your doctor is not available at this time. I think part of the solution involves discussion as well as possibly some medication. Medication is not always the answer as I am sure you are aware. I think it would be important for you to identify a psychotherapist or psychologist who can sit down and help you understand again why you have emotional difficulty at this time. Often these types of counselors can provide you with very good techniques and strategies to really help control your emotions. also I want to make sure at the same time that you're doing things to help your body. This includes exercising at least three or four days per week. Exercise provides an amazing resource to your body and mind. Also it is very important that you make sure you get adequate amount of sleep. This is very important to restore your mind and body. Also it is very important that you eat a very well-balanced diet with a good mix of vegetables and proteins. Please discuss this with your doctor if she would like to obtain some strategies regarding your diet and nutrition. Thank you again for sending your question. If you have specific concerns that you would also like to review please let me know. Dr. Galamaga
