Brief Answer:
Take symptomatic treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for asking on HCM.

I have read your query and understand the problem of loose motions.

As per the facts you posted here, you might be having gastroenteritis (mostly viral or sometimes bacterial) or irritable bowel because of which you are having loose motions with stomach ache and indigestion.

But let me know,

Do you have fever with chills?
Any abdominal cramps?

However, you may start below mentioned treatment which is safe in pregnancy.

1) Start taking probiotics (like lactic acid bacillus-double strength tablets) three to four times daily with Econorm sachets three times daily (to take 1 XXXXXXX with full glass of water) to restore the normal bacterial flora which are available over the counter at nearby pharmacy.

2) Take lots of fluids (water) and fruit juices throughout the day which will be helpful to avoid fluid-electrolytes imbalance.

You can also take sachets of WHO Oral Rehydration Salts mixed with water to maintain electrolyte balance.

3) No oily or spicy foods.Take pantoprazole 40 mg with Tab.ondasetron 8 mg twice daily for nausea and if you have gas trouble which are available over the counter

4) Dicyclomine 20 mg will also be helpful for stomach ache but you will need prescription from some local doctor or GP who will know about it and will prescribe you after complete clinical examination.

All these medicines are safe during lactation period.

5) Do not use immodium (loperamide) which may not be safe during lactation.

6) Antibiotics (Norfloxacin-Tinidazole combination) can be reserved if there is no improvement within 2 or 3 days and they are also safe in nursing mothers.

Your GP or some local doctor may prescribe after complete clinical examination and some relevant tests like routine blood works and stool examination.

We would expect that you will start to improve within 2 to 3 days or may be earlier with this treatment and you will feel better.

Hope this helps.
