Hai..Ofloxacin ornidazole is an antibiotic and anti protozoal combination. Other one is a medicine used for colicky pain. By what you quote your kid should be having a diarrhea which usually doesn't require antibiotic. I suggest you use ORS & zinc supplements. Happy to help anytime.
