Question : My nephew five years old has loose motions 6 in four hours. can you please suggest any medicine.

Electrobion or ORS is the mainstay of treatment for diarrhea. Unless associated with bloody stools, antibiotics need not be given. ORS may be given 50-100ml/kg over 4 hours depending on the hydration level. The following link would give you the specifics of the same:

Give zinc supplements like Zinconia syrup 5 ml once daily for the next 10 days.
