Question: I revieved a awnser fro Dr. Awadhesh P Singn Solanki It regarded my issues witherection. I have the ability to get a erection with the use of Viagra. I am more concerned with the ability to ejaculate. When I had an operation for Jpouch surgery last year I was concerned about that possibility. I attempted sex after being advised by you. Vigours effort and was unable to . I can masturbate but with considerable effort Thjat is my question

I read your query and understood the detail.You are able to masturbate and ejaculate but you can not ejaculate while sex. Your erection is achieved with viagra.

This suggests your problem is more psychological. During sex you are not able to get sufficient arousal/excitement that leads to feeling of orgasm(felt in brain sex centers) and ejaculation.

The use of vigra without Levita then should cause no issue of orgasim. Can the Masters and XXXXXXX technique be done without counseling. I have a willing pasrtner but not for couseling

Levitra is used to prolong the ejaculation time. If there is chance of normal ejaculation and levitra is taken, it may prolong the time too much and man exhausts before ejaculation due to increase in time and intercourse would not be sucessful. In your case this is one possibility. That is why I suggested to stop levitra and by doing so you may ejaculate.

Yes, master and XXXXXXX technique can be learnt through internet by searching on Google. Lots of material and videos are available. But personal counselling will save your time and you can clarify your doubts directly with doctor.

Thank You On Sunday I attempted to have sex with a very beautiful partner, She was extremely giving I tried to take on 100 mg Viagra but was unable to achieve a strong erection. She was small and any attempt would of failed. I will try again tonight with another partner but it is frustrating. I have an erection the following morning which is to late. I am going to gym and trying to not eat fat foods. I have gone thru several surgeries always with the hope of having a good social life. Thanks for writing back again.

You can take one molecule containing vitamins. It may be available over the counter or you can get it with primary doctor prescription. It is Tetrafol Plus.
It contains Methylfolate, Mecobalamin and pyridoxal phosphate.
It should be taken twice daily after meal. Response will be seen after 15 days. If you feel response, continue for 2 months.
