Brief Answer:
Get her examined by an ER doctor
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Dizziness at this age may be due to cardiac illness or stroke involving posterior circulation.
Is there any headache, vomiting, seizure, loss of consciousness, speech difficulty, swallowing difficulty?
Any previous illness like diabetes, hypertension or stroke?
You can put her in supine position, give Fluids to drink, get her blood pressure measurement.
Consult an ER soon.
Get evaluated by ecg, blood pressure, blood investigation and brain imaging if required.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
