Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Is there any headache, vomiting, seizure, loss of consciousness, speech difficulty, swallowing difficulty?
Any previous illness like diabetes, hypertension or stroke?
You can put her in supine position, give Fluids to drink, get her blood pressure measurement.
