Brief Answer:
Does not seems to be problematic

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Pain in the lower abdomen during menstruation is known as dysmenorrhea and is usually normal if it starts on the day of start of periods and diminishes on second or third day.It is due to the contraction of uterine muscles to expel out the menstrual blood.
Engorgement and pain in the both the breasts starting4-5 days before the periods and increasing in intensity till periods occur is due to the hormonal changes in the body which occur in menstrual cycle. As the period time comes, the progesterone level in the body increases and this has a effect of engorgement and tenderness in both breasts. The pain can sometimes be unbearable and then the condition is known as cyclical mastalgia. In such condition, treatment is given in the form of capsules of evening primrose oil.
If the pain is only around the time of periods and is symmetrical in both breasts, and there are no lump.felt in any breast, then the condition is not worrisome.
I still suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated ( if required using ultrasound of breasts or mammography) and treated accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful. Please do get back for further queries.
Wishing you good health.

Dr Deepti Verma
