Brief Answer:
bo need to discontinue tamdura

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Tamdura is a fairly good drug for treatment of symptoms due to enlarged prostate. It will not be useful if your father has no symptoms due to enlarged prostate such as slow, interrupted stream of urine, urine staying back in bladder after passing urine, or frequently getting up at night. The dura part of it is to reduce the size of the enlarge prostate while the Tam part opens up the bladder outlet.
The fact that your father has high grade urothelial cancer has no major bearing on treatment of his prostate, except that if your father's Urologist is doing a check cystoscopy, he can assess the prostate at the sane time. He need not discontinue tamdura.
Hope I have been of help.
