Question : me having enterococcus faecalis moderate growth in my semen culture. i am feeling pain in my penis and followed by frequent urination
no pain during urination and ejection

Enterococcus fecalis infection of the reproductive tract is normally is not a STD.
It is one of the normal pathogens of intestinal flora. Occasionally gets contaminated and produce urinary tract infection and subsequently a reproductive tract infection.

If you have history of anal penetrative sex, enterococci can be acquired through sexual route and some of these intestinal pathogens becomes sexually transmissible one due to anal sex and anilingus.

Your culture report says that this bacteria is susceptible for many antibiotics and it is not difficult to cure.
