Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction While On Lorazepam And Dosulepin
Question: Have been suffering from ED past 7-8 years on and off. I'm 26 now been on SSRI/ TCA Antidepressants and anti psychotics for past 4 years but No anti psychotics for last 6 months. Current symptoms: firm flaccid ejaculation, low libido, ED, have been prescribed sildenafil citrate up to 100mg, ginkgo, ginseng etc no results. Currently on lorazepam 2mg , diazepam 0.5mg zolpidem10mg, Dosulepin 75mg, and urimax 0.4mg for difficulty and frequency of urination. Pls advice. Also suffering from anxiety disorder, clinical depression.

1. I rarely get erection and full erection loses within seconds, during masturbation i ejaculate while flaccid itself.
2. Unable to perform penetrative sex for more than a year now. I got divroced twice, during 1st marriage i had sex but ejaculate soon (within a minute). During second marriage i was not able to have erection enough for penetration at all.
3. Problem started when i noticed i had ejaculation problems during masturbation and also during foreplay with partner, initially doctor said it could be performance anxiety, i kept ignoring until symtoms worsened now and with 2 break ups (girl friends 3-4 years back) and 2 divorces(one year back and second 2 months back).
4. Any nervous issue? I dont know.
5. Last one year no sex, last one month masturbation 2-3 times, but no strong erection.
6. Unable to observe
7. Currently unable to releive except by forced masturbation in half erection using porn, mostly fail to ejaculate.
8. Last 1-2 months no. Before that very rarely.
8-10 years back i had early morning erections almost every day.

However for confirmation I will request you to undergo penile doppler study from any nearby radiodiagnosis center. In this procedure they will inject a XXXXXXX in your veins and will try to find whether there is any leakage (cause of poor erection). I must acknowledge that very few centers have this facility but considering your location in one of the greatest Metro city of XXXXXXX will not be difficult for you to find one.
Once this is done please revert back to me with available reports.
Meantime continue your medication and do not forget to mention dosage of various medication which are prescribed to you.
