First of all your blood pressure should be checked.

As you had good successful sex occasionally, it suggest there is no major physical problem. Reason is more psychological as well as situational.
You mentioned that you do masturbation almost daily.That may be the reason of ED. As age advances there is reduction in capacity of every activity of body.Like wise capacity in terms of frequency of sex is also reduced. Sex and masturbation are somewhat same procedure just method differs. If you do masturbation regularly, your energy is spent in that so you may not do sex successfully because of fatigue in penis muscles.
So just reduce your frequency of masturbation or try to have intercourse after 3 days abstinence from masturbation. It is going to solve our problem probably.

If you can not improved still with above approach, two options are there.

One is medicines: 5-PDE inhibitor drugs like siledanfil or tadalafil is quite helpful. It is to be taken before sex.
Another medicine called tetrafol plus(containing vitamin mecobylamine & pyridoxal phosphate) can be helpful. It is to be taken twice daily after meal.

Second option: sex couple counselling. In which Master & XXXXXXX technique can be learnt. it is proven therapy for ED.

For both options you need to consult psychiatrist/qualified sexologist in personal.

Sildenafil and tadalafil are generic name there are lots of commercial names from different companies. For sildenafil-penagra,menforce, etc and for tadalafil- tadacip,tadafil etc are the trade name. It should be taken before 2 hours of sex act.

However for detail information of dosage and duration, physical examination is required as well as they are prescription drug as per medical law and you have to take written prescription of the doctor.
