Brief Answer:
Better to consult psychiatrist/sexologist

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr. XXXX,

Thanks for writing to us.

In allopathy, no drug is without side effects.

You have taken Musli. That is ayurvedic preparation. Mostly without any side effect. But no evidence of its effectiveness in ED.

Menforce-sildenafil- is 5 PDE inhibitor. This medicine must be used with doctor's prescription. It can cause headache generally next morning. It affects cardiac system. So better to get examined by doctor and then take medicine. If any serious side effect occurs, your doctor can immediately help you. You are not satisfied with this drug.

I am suggesting you some medicines but you should take it with doctor's prescription. I am sorry but online prescription is not valid as per current laws.

Another molecule for ED is tadalfil (tadacip, tadafil). It is also 5-PDE inhibitor. Same like menforce but less side effect than menforce.

One recent medicine called tetrafol plus(Containing mecobylamine, me-folate and pyridoxal phosphate) is useful in many cases of ED. It is vitamin preparation and may be available over the counter. It should be taken two times after meal. Effects will be seen after 15 days.

There are other medicines like testosterone, yohimbine, trazodone. All of these are prescription medicines with potential side effects. So better to consult doctor personally for them.

Note: I have given answer according to your query. But considering your age I think there will be no physical problem in your case. Your ED is likely due to psychological reason. If erection does not long last, it may be problem of PME(premature ejaculation). You can be treated with sex/couple counselling. Please consult psychiatrist/qualified sexologist for evaluation of your problem and treatment.

Hope I have answered your query,

Regards,
Dr.Chintan Solanki.
