Question: I have erectile dsyfuction for last five years. Kindly suggest.
I have taking medicines for blood pressure, Telma CT 40 in morning and Ciplar LA 20 mg in night.
I am 38 male, height 5'5 weight 77 kgs, dont smoke or drink
my cholesterol levels are fine....I have checked them. two months back...kindly suggest medicines

The erectile dysfunction can be caused by both hypertension and medications used for treatment.
My first question is about temporal relationship between start of medications and start of erectile dysfunction. If the answer is yes I will request you to talk to your doctor about changing medications particularly Ciplar as it is a common cause of ED in middle age men.
Second question is about cholesterol level.
You have almost 12 kg extra from optimum weight and that could be reason for your height and there is serious need to reduce weight.
