Question : Dear Doctor,
Today, First Time I am tried to sex with my fiancée But my penis did not respond due to this we couldn't complete our sex. so I want to know what had gone wrong and what should be precautions to take in future during sex
please help me on this issue.

I think both of you were very nervous . Anxiety doesn't allow penile hardening so next time try and relax . Use a gel for lubrication Try V Moist . Using or not using condom is a personal choice
