Brief Answer:
Vacuerect is not proven therapy, medicines can help

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

Thanks for writing to us.

I can understand your concern. Many of the patients with diabetes suffer from erectile dysfunctiion(ED) sooner or later.

First of all there is need to check testosterone level to rule out that cause.

You must keep diabetes under control with healthy lifestyle and as per doctor's guidance for diabetes through diet and medicines.

Medicines for ED:
One recent molecule available in XXXXXXX market tetrafol plus may be useful in your case. My 40-60% patients with ED and diabetes have responded well.
You can take this molecule containing vitamins. It may be available over the counter or you can get it with primary doctor prescription.
It contains Methylfolate, Mecobalamin and pyridoxal phosphate.
It should be taken twice daily after meal. Response will be seen after 15 days. If you feel response, continue for 2 months.
If no response at all in 15 days, it would not be useful. No significant side effects are there as it contains vitamins preparations.

Another proven treatment for ED is 5-PDE inhibitor group of medicines which include sildenafil, tadalfil, udenafil. They are prescription medicines. I am sorry that I can not prescribe online as per medical laws. You need to consult your doctor for prescription.Any of them should be taken after blood pressure and cardiac examination. They cause headache ,visual problem as side effects in general. It should be taken 1.5-2 hours before intercourse.Tadalafil may work up to second day in some patients.

There are no proven studies suggestive of effectiveness of vacuum therapy. Vacuerect is the over the counter product and not suggested by doctors.

In ayurveda some combination of the drugs by Himalaya called tentax royal is useful in some cases of ED. Better to take it after consulting some ayurvedic physician.

For you information: Couple counselling and master & XXXXXXX technique can be learnt from a psychiatrist and sexologist. This will reduce the need of medicines for ED.

Hope I have answered your query,I will be happy to help further.

Regards,
Dr.Chintan Solanki.
