Brief Answer:
Diet modification. Further evaluation should be considered.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for posting query,

Firstly, you may have the following examination:

"Hydrogen Breath Test" to rule out bacterial overgrowth in the intestine
and
"Urea Breath Test" to rule out H.pylori infection.

Further advice:

- OTC Simethicone tablets and probiotics may be used in combination to combat bloating.

- Itopride medication may be used to enhance gastric motility(you may need a prescription from your local physician for this).

- Have small meals at regular intervals and add plain of yogurt to your meals.

- Avoid eating broccoli, brussels sprouts, and cabbage, Baked beans. Avoid all kind of beverages and junk food

- Chew food well and try not to talk while chewing food as it causes more air to enters the stomach and may lead to bloating.

- Avoid drinking water in the middle and immediately after meals.

Hope this helps, feel free to ask further.
Wish you good and sound health.

Regards
