Brief Answer:
Diabetes, dyslipidemia

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for your query.
I'm Dr. Shuba Hariprasad and will be answering your query today.

Based on your reports and symptoms, Diabetes seems to be causing your symptoms.
Your glucose, cholesterol and liver enzyme levels are elevated in addition to Erythrocyte sedimentation rate. This suggests an Inflammatory process in your body associated with hyperlipidemia and diabetes.

I would clinically examine you for any organ function problems (heart, lungs, neurological systems).
I would also :

- get an Electrocardiogram, echocardiogram, chest xray.
- check your Body mass index.
- get a detailed personal, family medical history and person habit assessment.

Based on these findings I would determine the risk for future cardiovascular, cerebral, renal events and start you on medications to reduce your cholesterol, sugar levels.
I would also suggest an exercise routine to suit your physical fitness and to reduce weight.

Regular follow ups and frequent monitoring to assess therapeutic effects will be necessary initially. Diet should be adjusted/modified to include whole grains, fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts seeds, plenty of water and to avoid refined grains, processed food, too much caffeinated sugary, carbonated drinks, oily/fried /fatty foods.

A combination of exercise and reduced calorie diet will aid in healthy weight reduction. Please see a nutritionist who can assess you and suggest a proper diet plan.
I suggest you see your physician right away to get these problems under control. I believe you need medical and home remedies at this point. Once under control you may discuss with your treating doctor regarding discontinuation or reduction if glucose & cholesterol levels are under control and can be maintained with diet and exercise alone.

Hope this helps.
Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.
Wish you good health.

Regards,
Dr. Shuba Hariprasad
