Brief Answer:
You would require more work up

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Thank you for posting your question on Health Care Magic.
You are just 30 years and feeling sick and extreme fatigue is definitely not normal at your age .In the reports you have enclosed it just shows that you have protein deficiency and this alone cannot cause the 100%fatigue you are complaining of.
Please get the following tests done and revert back 1.HBA1C 2 Thyroid profile 3 CBC
It could just be anaemia or any thyroid disorder or could even be getting diabetic.
Meanwhile increase protein content in your diet ,have more lentils and sprouts.
Hope this helps
Best wishes

Thanks...I shall run the test and get back to you asap...What i would also like to know is if this results shows my liver and kidney are in order or do i need to run tests on those..I am just a little confuse because i took too many antibiotics when the illness started 2 years ago and it got to a point,i started feeling dizzy and confused and extremely weak but after i traveled,i was told to slow down on alcohol that it is affecting my liver,i stopped and i started getting better but i still don't feel fully recovered, tho the dizziness has stopped and i longer fade in and out.

Brief Answer:
Your bilirubin and creatinine are on borderline high

Detailed Answer:
Hello again,

Well I would like to see your haemoglobin report in the first place .

And please let me know in details, what exactly do you mean by low immunity, was there any particular ailment in the recent past which caused so ?

Your bilirubin and creatinine is on the borderline on a higher side.
I would recommend to add peripheral blood smear to the list of investigations that I've suggested.
It will show if your blood cells are getting ruptured causing low haemoglobin and high bilirubin.

Meanwhile increase your water intake and repeat urea and creatinine after a week .

Hope this helps
Regards
