I am sorry to hear that your partner had a syncope event. There are many reasons for syncope ranging from anemia or low blood counts, to heat exhaustion or heart condition. I recommend that she be seen in an urgent care or emergency room. While she is waiting to be seen lay flat drink plenty of fluids and stay cool.
