Question : 4yr kid having fever. after crocin, wet cloth on forehead 100.4 degrees still. should we give meftal? not cooperating for sponge bath. what can we do?

Hi dear
Welcome to the HCM,
For a 4 yr old ,one give about 5 to 7 ml meftal p syrup around six hourly.
Directly wash hands and legs repeatedly by simple tap water.Do not wipe the water ,let it evaporate of its own
Take care of the Hydration by plenty of fluids.
